Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment:  All payments must be made prior to order without an established line of credit.  All credit accounts are net 20 unless prior arrangements are made.  Additional business information may be required even when ordering by credit card.

Shipping:  We only can provide shipping estimates when requested by the customer.  The shipping estimate is generally accurate, but can theoretically change.  We cannot be responsible for changes to the rate beyond our control. 

Returned Goods:  Items are not returnable after 30 days, subject to the individual manufacturers return policy.  Items returned before 30 days are subject to a restocking charge.  Some items may be considered non-returnable by the manufacturer.

Damage Claims:  Please file all damage claims with the carrier.  We cannot be responsible for shipping damage caused during transit.
